Hi,is there anyone else having problems gaining access to their online account with enel.Since the site was up-dated I have been unable to view my account on line,and wondered if anybody else is having the same problem. Harry

We are having difficulties also. It seemed to have happened to me around 5 December 2009. I can no longer see my bills and they haven't debited my account for this month's bill. As soon as I spotted this I telephoned them to advise this. They said they would manually debit the account. I'm still waiting and sent another email this evening. Tomorrow I will call them again.

On web access, I write in italian to webmaster@enel.com and they just send me the same reply advising me to insert my numero cliente. This doesn't work and I get the free phone number text box popping up which doesn't work from the UK.

I therefore called (0039) 02301 72011 which enabled me to talk to someone who clearly could access my records and quote my most recent bolletta etc. but alas no progress so far.

The whole experience with ENEL is very poor!

any idea how i can set up this online account? My italian is poor/non-existent so i am struggling to read the page in the link above. If someone could let me know what documentation i will need to start this all i would be really grateful.

Hi

You will need your Codice Fiscale, Numero Cliente (both of them will be on your ENEL invoice) and of course you will need to create a login on the ENEL site
